Welcome to iHearken telecare services! Get top notch service without the hassle of driving to a clinic. We offer telecare services for all people, regardless of where the hearing aids were purchased. Many newer hearing aids are compatible with our telecare services (see compatibility below). Telecare allows you to talk with a hearing care provider and have your hearing aid settings modified from the comfort of your home, saving you time and money.
Types of appointments and Costs
Initial Consultation:
- Free of Charge – 15 Mins
- We will ensure your hearing aids are telecare compatible and you can ask one of our hearing providers any questions you may have to see if iHearken is a good solution for you. When you schedule, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to our secure video chat system.
Telecare Appointment:
- $75 per 30 min appointment or
- $250 per annual Subscription (up to 10 visits pers year)
- Hearing aids can be programmed, and we can answer your questions. Please ensure you are properly set up with the necessary phone apps. See specific hearing aid brand instructions below.
Telehealth services are available for the following Oticon Models. REAL, OWN, MORE, ZIRCON, RUBY, Xceed, OPN S, OPN, and SIYA. If you have trouble connecting to the Oticon companion app, you may need to have a firmware update on your hearing aids. This must be performed in-clinic where your hearing aids were purchased.

Telehealth services are available for the following Widex Models. Moment, Evoke, Beyond, Unique, and Dream. In order to connect remotely, all widex models require the use of a neck loop accessory called a ‘Remote Link’. These can be purchased from iHearken by calling (660) 956-9156 for a special price of $150
- Once a remote link has been purchased, you can use this PDF for telehealth setup.
